Cardio Makes You Smarter?
It's time to dust the cobwebs out of your head and off of your walking shoes. If I skip workouts, I often feel distracted and am the first one on the procrastination boat. Stupid boat. I think I saw the damn wagon on there the other day. I never really realized how much it affects my performance in daily tasks. I read this article forwarded to me by my husband from the Washington Post. I thought it was interesting and it makes a lot of sense.
I thought it was a good point to make here. Even just 3 times a week warranted results. It is easy to put off exercise due to being too busy to fit it into our schedules. But 3 times a week is manageable. Point being: make room for it. No excuses.

We're making some improvements around here at The Donut in order to offer you more inspiration, more interactivity and more information, recipes and general shenanigans. You know, like we do.
