Ralph Bakshi returned to TV animation after years of feature films, producing projects like Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures and various specials. These productions were known for:

• Fast production schedules
• Artist-driven ideas and visual gags
• Hiring young, experimental animators - many of whom went on to become major industry figures

Jeff Pidgeon was part of that wave of talent, performing well in the following roles:

character designs, model sheets, & character layout

Designs and Model Sheets help define how characters look and maintain consistency. Character Layout is used as animation building blocks for the overseas studio(s) to complete.
